Functions and Responsibility Chart , (Attachment A)

•          The chart assigns specific agencies and/or individuals the responsibility to prepare for and to perform each of the thirteen identified emergency management functions (see Part IV of this Basic Plan), and also whether it is a primary or supporting role.

•          The chart is general in nature and should not be considered all inclusive.

Task Assignments by Function (Attachment B)

•          Following the Functions and Responsibility Chart there is a basic list of tasks to be assigned to each function. These are only general lists that will be expanded in the various annexes.

•          There is one list of tasks for each function whether it is for the county or the municipality. Some tasks may be common to more than one function.
